On Sunday, March 20, director Cem Karci officially announced the start of rehearsals for the series Fancy Scarecrow / Süslü Korkuluk for Netflix. While the film sets are being prepared, the actors are conducting a readthrough. The names of their characters are already known: Çağatay Ulusoy (Peyami), Esra Bilgiç (Esvet), Salih Bademci (Dimitry), Olgun Şimşek (Mustafa).
The grandfather of the main character will be played by Engin Şenkan, known to viewers from the series Chrysalis / Camdaki Kiz. Lila Gürmen also joined the cast of the series, which pleased director Cem Karci, who had already worked with the actress in the TV series Karaday. Filming
