Beste Kaptanoğlu was born in Antalya. After graduating from high school with a Violin department, Beste Kaptanoğlu is a graduate of Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory Performing Arts Opera Department. Her love for acting, which started while she was studying in the opera department, has brought her to the present day as a successful actress. Kaptanoğlu completed basic acting classes with the Head Director of the State Theaters, playwright, actress, and director Erhan Gökgücü, and the successful actress of the State Theaters Funda Gökgücü, and became an artist who attaches great importance to acting on the opera stage.

Beste Kaptanoğlu, who also equipped herself in front of the camera, completed her On-Camera Acting classes at Süeda Çil Studio. Beste Kaptanoğlu took part in the cast of the TV series Duy Beni, which was broadcast on Star TV. She played the character of Elvan Hodja in the series.
